What did they want?

James and Hazel were referred to us by a previous customer. A young couple, they had bought and were refurbishing an old house, adding an extension to create their perfect kitchen. They knew what look they wanted to create in their kitchen, but having limited product knowledge, they needed our support to get there. Both working full time, they needed reliability and expertise to get them over the line.

Our approach?

Starting with how the kitchen will be used, we made sure the right material was proposed before we discussed colour choices. Colour were selected with the final look in mind, using samples we proposed different colour variations to change the feel of the room. To help lift the design further, we looked at utilising glass for the main wall splashback. This not only created a stylish and unique look but makes day to day cleaning so simple. They settled on Grey Mirror to help make the room feel modern and as bright as possible.

The delivery

James and Hazel both work full time so it was imperative we honoured appointment dates/times and could fit around their busy scheduled. There was a lot of work being done in the house at this time, so our template and install reams needed to be flexible and accommodating when on site, to minimise disruption to others. We liaised directly with the glass supplier, to take as much pressure away from James and Hazel as we could.
